Everything was clean! Everyone friendly! You need to specify which dentist you want if you have a favorite dentist.
The staff at iTooth is very friendly. I have anxiety issues when it comes to the dentist, and the staff is so patient and understanding of this. My only complaint is the music is so loud. It sounds like I’m in a club rather than the dentist. It is hard to relax with the music blaring. However, the helpful friendly staff is the main reason I continue to go to iTooth.
We love iTooth! They are so friendly, helpful, and proficient. They even recommended a low cost dental plan when our insurance changed and we thought we would have to change providers. Highly recommended!
You guys are great! It’s like coming home to a reunion! Everyone from receptionist to Lakin, my hygienist, are awesome! I get to tell stories and so do they!! I missed Monica! I've gone to this practice since before it was renamed even. Probably 25 years or longer. I've never had a bad experience. The staff is very welcoming, and they are great about answering any questions. I'm the person that wants to know everything going on, and they never get aggravated with me and always explain everything in detail. Cleanliness is one of their highest priorities also, and you will never see anything out of place, messy, or dirty in any way. It's a very safe feeling environment especially in the era that we're living in.

We arrived to friendly faces and welcoming staff. Once we updated our profiles, it was a short wait until we were escorted in and our dental cleanings and X-rays were started. All was very efficiently accomplished and we were on our way.

today I had to get a crown as I went in there I thought I was going to have to maybe get a root canal but everything turned out different doctor Robbins came in and looked at it took a good exam of it and said that we did not appt today was for a crown. Dr Robbins was able to put a crown on an existing tooth He did a great job and the crown fits perfect no pain and everything works great. I'd like to thank the staff there . The staff are very pleasant and helpful and making sure that everything went good for me . If you're looking for a place to go to get teeth repaired, cleaned or you are looking for a dentist you can trust then you need to give Itooth a try. its the best place to go.

Everyone very friendly. I don't like the looks of my new teeth and I tried to eat with them but couldn't hurt my gums really bad and my jaws hurt and a sore now on my lower gums had to put my old dentures back in to eat. Sorry 😞.

I don’t remember the dental assistant that helped me yesterday while I was there but she did a great job. Told her how anxious the dentist makes me and she did great at reassuring me and being overall a big help. The dental team and everybody there makes you feel welcome and overall a good vibe which I’ve never felt at a dentist office before.

The cleaning technition was excellent! She communicated very well and clearly answered my many questions. She was skillful with her cleaning techniques. Tha doctor came in and examined my teeth and gums, he also did a minor repair on one tooth that was problematic when I flossed my teeth.

This review is specific to the dental hygienist who did a deep cleaning on me. I am afraid of dental things and she was very kind and after a lot of Novocaine LOL I was fine. Best of all I was not in any kind of pain or sensitivity after the novocaine wore off. So two thumbs up!

I'm a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist. My teeth are cold sensitive. But the hygienist was very gental, thorough, and considerate of my cold sensitivity. Thanks.
I went in for an abscessed tooth which was pulled and they advised I get a bone graft as well which I did. I received my bill, which was estimated at $863 seemed extremely steep. My DH said my portion would be around $443. When I went to check out, it was pointed out that it might be more!! Then I was prescribed medicine. When my husband went to get it a hour later, they said they didn’t have an order as of yet. Two hours later I called Walmart to check myself. They did not have an order still. I called the dentist office and left a message about it. They called me back and said the dr called it in. Then the after hours staff called Walmart and called me back confirming what I said. She said she didn’t know what was going on with Walmart but she made sure it was taken care of. Almost 4 hours later I received my text from Walmart. Sounds a little strange. I have never had this happen to me before at Walmart. And I’m not sure how I’m going to pay the cost of the office visit/tooth extraction/bone graft. My husband had a tooth extraction last year from his dentist. Only $160!! Mine, $390 tooth extraction and $473 bone graft and $53 oral examination and $281 cone beam CT (whatever that is). I’ve been going there for quite some time but I’m thinking really hard about switching dentist.
I’m a new patient and I have moved around the country for years with a new dentist each time. I think this practice has the most pleasant staff, they were on time for the appointment! Had another appointment the following day, and it was the exact same experience!
I Tooth is a wonderful high tech dental office!! And everyone is great there!! They are on top of what I needed and we're very professional and personable. I dive almost an hour to get there and they are well worth it!!

We have been seeing Dr. Robbins for about 10 years. Everyone in the office is always so kind and helpful. We have never been shamed for inadequate oral hygiene. Sherry at the front desk goes out of her way to make sure you are welcome. When my denture came in early, Sherry called and fit me into the schedule because she didn't want me to have to be uncomfortable. Dr. Fincel did extractions and was very efficient and concerned for my pain level.

I go to iTooth Family Dentistry for all my dental needs. They have set me up with a protocol for flossing and brushing that keeps me healthy. This week, I went for my yearly checkup and cleaning. Rachel worked on me this time. She was great. She made the trip lots of fun and got the job done systematically and carefully. It was great. I've been going to iTooth for over 20 years and have always found the care excellent. They also actively use newer technologies that have improved the care year by year. I met the new dentist, Dr. Abby.

As someone with extreme dental anxiety, even setting up an appointment can be difficult. I spent years avoiding treatment and felt ashamed of it. I’m so grateful I’ve chosen itooth as my provider. Every concern has been met with empathy, education, and patience. The billing department took an extra 15mins with me just chatting and making me feel comfortable while going over my upcoming procedures. The entire staff is kind and understanding. Monica in billing & scheduling was exceptional. She made me feel proud for accepting help and made me feel like person who deserved care, not a patient who made a mistake. I finally feel as if I am in good hands with people who care about my mental and physical health. Thank you.

My technician was rough with inserting a mouth piece that keeps your tongue out of the way and also provides suction whilst dentist works on drilling cavity. My mouth feels bruised still a couple days later.

Love this dentist. Not only have they gone above and beyond for me multiple times, but the referral process to go to a specialist is awesome. You sit down in an office and they help you schedule your appt. I’ve always been handed a piece of paper in the past and had to figure it out myself. They really care. I have a rare dental condition and Dr Fincel took it in stride, as if she’s dealt with it 1000 times. She did research and actually taught me a lot about my condition! I will continue to go here and will continue to refer friends and family as well. The front desk staff is also fantastic every time.

All the Staff was great & nice, but the Wait time to be seen every time I have been in there has just been ridiculous. At least 30-45 minutes past my appointment time. I have had friends experience the same frustration from this place.

Everyone in the office is so kind and professional. Whether I'm interacting with one of the women at the front desk, a dental hygienist, or one of the dentists, I always feel heard and like I have their full attention. They also go out of their way to be helpful, clear, and kind. At my visit today, I had a new insurance and trying to figure out who to file through was a bit confusing, but one woman at the front desk worked through my whole appointment to figure it out so that I could have coverage for this visit. Also, the hygienist gave me a heads up before she did anything, and she did an excellent job - it was probably the least discomfort I've ever felt during a regular cleaning. So glad I chose iTooth to be my dentist's office!

I brought my very anxious 8 year old in to get a cavity filled. She hates needles, pain, discomfort, and things that don't taste ideal. Dentist visits aren't fun. She was treated so very well though and her pain was managed and she didn't even realize when she got a shot in her mouth! They kept her distracted and worked quickly on the unpleasant parts. I'm very happy with our experience here.

Pleasant, helpful, charming reception; Whitney took care of the technical items and was super friendly and professional. A total pleasure working with Dr Fincel as we discussed options. And then when needles were needed I was fortunate to have Robin, a caring hygienist who carefully gives the shots to minimize pain..... actually, easy peasy. And of course their therapy dog who gives the clinic that homey feeling.
I had a small section of my front tooth fall out! Not only did the office help me make a quick appointment, but the process was quick and painless. I am so thankful for the upbeat and outstanding care I received.

I seldom have enjoyed going to the dentist office. Okay, never. If you are like me, it is a place to shy away from. However, it was time and I hadn’t cared for my teeth the way I should have. I needed help. From the moment I walked in I was at ease. It was beautiful, inviting, and seemed pleasant. The other patients seemed relaxed. I went to the counter and then it began. Niceness. Communication. Explanations. Answers to questions I didn’t know I had. Then before I could sit tooshie to chair, my name was called. I was offered a V8, or a cold drink, and coffee and homemade cookies. Yep. This is a dental office with amazing cookies. As I sat in the chair I was treated with respect, carful hands worked to check my teeth, introductions were made by each person who entered my room (they treated me like I was the patient and they cared!!). Their technology was amazing. Their thoroughness was exciting. And the atmosphere was filled with patience, discussions, asking about my life and work and family, and we even discussed my teeth. For the first time in my life I actually wanted to stay at the dentists office. They started work on me that morning and set up a schedule for consultation and the work I needed done. I’m excited to see what’s next and actually feel compelled to care for my teeth the way they cared for me. Thank you! I’ve found my dental office. ❤️🦷🪥

From the time I walked in for my first visit, I have been treated with care. My diagnosis and proposed treatment plan were fully explained. I was shown what my insurance would cover and what my out-of-pocket portion would be; so there were no surprises. Robin did my cleaning treatments and was VERY good, explaining what she was doing in each step. I will definitely recommend iTooth Dental to my family and friends.

My experience with everyone at your office as always been great. This health change with my dental needs has been very hard, and upsetting. Dr Robbins and all the dental staff have been super nice, compassionate and caring. My only not so good experience was my visit last Thursday with the dental asst I had. She was extremely rough and seemed uncaring, and when you are laying there upset about losing another tooth, your bridge and your mouth is numb it doesn't make things any better. I trust this office with my care, and feel confident enough that I will not be charged for something I do not need. I was very surprised to know that after all the work I had done that day that I would have impressions done on my mouth right after having 2 teeth extracted. I'm so thankful that Monica was there to help me get the right thing done so that when I do receive my partial my gums will be healed. . I just felt like I was someone below this other aast. And her whispering to her coworker in front of me. I'm not mad at her , but if she was the first asst I would have received coming to your office I would not come back.

I was referred by my daughter to ITooth. She and her children (3) have been using them and were very happy with the service. On my first interaction they help me to understand what paperwork was needed and set up my first appointment. The day of my appointment I was greeted by friendly staff more than willing to help with My every need. I had a brief wait and was taken back to a room where the process for the day was explained and I was guided through the process of pictures and x-rays. I was asked to explain the nature of my visit and what individual problems I was experiencing at the time. The Doctor also made me feel very comfortable and was reassuring that all my needs would be met. He addressed the issues I was having at that time and completed a very thorough examination of my teeth. He explained hos plan of care and listened to my input. I am extremely happy with all the staff and personnel that helped me and I am looking forward to my next visit. There were not many dentists who would take my Medicare insurance and they did, that was the big plus for me to start going there. I have recommended iTooth to my friends and family.
This team is top notch. I do not enjoy going to the dentist, but I always look forward to the friendly smiles and genuine concern for my well being. Today I got a beautiful crown on my front tooth (that I had carelessly broke.) I'm so glad to be able to smile again and not be self-conscious about it. I do love Dr. Robbins and his team. Dr. Fencil is great too! I had her during my last appointment and was well pleased. She is great at explaining the process that is happening.

Very pleasant staff, very capable dentist. After a very distressing and disturbing experience at Aspen Dental, I'm quite pleased to have found a dentistry office that is both well trained and polite. Update: My first visit for a periodontal cleaning went well, with Sandra performing the service. She was very clear in her directions and easy to understand(I have a bit of a hearing problem). I hope my next, and subsequent future visits go so well. Update: I had a partial denture fitted last week and I was having a bit of a problem with it(apparently, it is not unusual to have adjustments made). I went in today and, after having a very qualified assistant tweek the denture, I left feeling like the fit was perfect, and I should not need to return. Except for a 25 minute delay from my scheduled time, the visit was excellent. Update: As pleasant as a dental visit can be. Sandra, the one who did the deep-cleaning, was very nice, as always. The same goes for the gal at the front desk.

I had dental trauma and put off going to the dentist forever because I was scared and embarrassed. Dr Robbins and Jennifer were a dream team, and Monica (the office manager) was so helpful and comforting. Everyone in this office treats you like you matter, and works hard to make sure you're comfortable. And they've been helping me get back to a smile I'm proud of. Both hygienist and dentist was very courteous and nice to me and did a outstanding job. My gums and teeth are very sensitive and painful to brush or make contact with and she done a great job to make it as pain free as possible. I'm sure I wasn't an easy patient to clean their teeth.
Dr Tellatin is so gentle & kind! Ask for him, you’ll be glad that you did! My dental work was more extensive than it looked like, but he made adjustments and was still able to effectively get me fixed up. It was impressive, his explaining things along the way really helped! He and his Hygienist did their best to make me comfortable and encouraged me along the way on a long procedure. Office Manager, Heidi will always be one of my favorites! If you have Anthem Dental Insurance, they have special contracts with Anthem that saves an impressive amount of money! If you are looking for a Dentist, this is the one!
I've been going here for probably 15 years, since before Dr. Wagasy retired! They have always been honest with me and never recommended treatment I didn't need. They do amazing work and I've never had an issue. The staff has always been very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.
What a beautiful office - fireplace, comfortable seating, water, and an office dog! The exam rooms are private but open to make them feel more spacious. As I was leaving, I was given a warm cookie - in a dentist office!!!

This is just from my experience today... People are really great at I-tooth and I have had many pleasant experiences there. but my experience today caused me a lot of unnecessary anxiety, because the doctor did not come back and talk to me about my second X-ray. I would not have even seen it if I had not ask to see it however he was not there to explain anything to me.. His assistant told me I needed a root canal not him ... I left with so many unanswered question and not at ease with my next procedure ... however they did get me in quickly after they reopened. My tooth had been hurting since Christmas Eve... so I’m grateful to have been seen so quickly I’m sure others were too, I’m sure they have there hands full... maybe it’s not just my tooth that feels like it’s on it last nerve I was already at a very high stress level ... I would still recommend them... but would have appreciated and expected to be able to talk to the doctor ..

The people were nice but the price is outrageous. It is almost 4 times more than what I paid at the previous dentist. However, they are the ones my insurance covers but I’m not sure if there will still be further cost after the insurance.
Dr. Tellatin and his crew are fantastic! In my experience, everyone swears their dentist is the best. In this case, it's true! I don’t think I’ve ever been to a friendlier or more professional Dental office. They took time—more time than any office to get to know me. The chair was the superb! Oh my! Heat and a massage! Today was teeth cleaning day and it was a professional experience. I had my gums measured for the very first time. They take great care of you at ITooth. Well, today was another first. I was sleepy and cold. While I waited for Dr. Robbins, they turned the lights down low And covered me up with a blanket!! Fourth visit was for a crown. The first deadening injection I didn’t even feel. Honest! The whole office staff is well trained and professional. Today, May14, 2020, was a regular checkup after Covid-19 crisis. They took the appropriate precautions and treated me with care. I love this office and these professionals! No different today! Provided with professional care by true professions from the time I called to check in until I finished up with the delightful Monica! Yes, I said delightful even if she slid a price sheet across to me! 😂😂

Did not like no notification of multiple pages of information to fill out on line prior to the visit. Received an email linking to a patient portal with no idea of what I was opening. All the afternoon before my visit, while my great grandsons were here. The visit was good although I was told to text them when I arrived with no password being given me to do that. When I did go inside, the staff was pleasant and helpful. After an hour of x-rays, I didn't get my teeth cleaned, which is why I THOUGHT I was going. Will be done at my next visit in September. Not too good on communication skills but Dr Robbins was very personable and efficient.

I recently moved to Springfield and didn’t have a dentist in the area. I chose iTooth blindly off of my insurance provider’s “in-network” list. I am so thankful that I did. My first appointment was this morning and it was actually fun! The office is gorgeous, they have high tech equipment which allowed me to participate in my care and the dentist and staff were extremely nice. I like to chat and they were happy to get to know me and we found we had experiences in common. I originally planned to just have a cleaning with them before my insurance expired. Now I want to stay on with them for future dental care. Thank you!

We Love ITooth so much, from their paperless system to their high tech gadgets. Even in this crazy time of social distancing everything ran smooth although our wait time after being seated in our individual room was 1hour and 45 min untill being seen by Dr. I'm sure bugs will be worked out by my next visit as to not be there for a total of 4.5 hrs for two crowns. Love these guys so much.

Robin was kind and professional while she took xrays and cleaned my teeth. Dr. Tellatin examined my teeth and said there is a cavity under my old crown on the upper left back and it should be replaced. I was given a treatment plan and estimate as to how much my insurance would pay. I made an appointment for my next cleaning in September and exited the office.
Absolutely the most courteous and professional experienced staff. Dr. Robbins is a rock star when it comes to fixing the simplest to very complex dental issues. Just received my second extraction/implant today. They use state of the art technology to fix teeth. Very impressive. This is a place to go for awesome dental care.

A tooth started going bad on Saturday, and I called on Monday morning. They got me in right away. The staff was amazingly gracious and warm and patience with my nervousness. Dr. Robbins not so much. There was a lot of pain and he was impatient and abrupt. So A+++ for the staff, D- for Dr. Robbins.

Well, Initially, they pulled 3 of my 45 excellent teeth. Those were my 3 favorite teeth as well. On the bright side however, Robin, the best dental hygienist in the entire western world, hands down, cleaned my three favorite teeth & crazy glued them back in my mouth. I can not put into words how impressed I was with iTooth Family Dentistry. Typically, I am easily embarrassed and always very uncomfortable at the dentist office. When I called to schedule my appointment, the first thing I noticed was how friendly and professional the receptionist! I was greeted with smiling faces and offered an assortment of drinks and fresh cookies as I waited. To a full-time SAHM of 2 under 2, it was nice to enjoy a cup of coffee and cookie without interruption. The friendliness and professionalism continued throughout the appointment. X-Rays are usually my least favorite part of a dentist visit, but the technician was great at her job and the machines used were not uncomfortable at all. As I waited for the dentist, I enjoyed a heated massage in the “SCARY” chair - only perks that a SAHM would notice and appreciate right away, but it truly helped ease my nervousness of being at the dentist. To top it off, Dr. Robbins was incredible! He thoroughly answered all of my questions, and was able to address my concerns without embarrassing me at all! Last but definitely not least, the office mascot was totally the cherry on top! I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else! Highly recommend!!

I had gone to this office 2yrs ago, intending to complete my dental work. Last June 4 I fell and broke my face. I spent most of the year healing. When I was given the all clear by my PCP, I made an appt. for check-up. This was not easy, I went to the office at least twice, and made phone calls. I was afraid because going would mean having my face touched. Cheryl was always there, either via telephone or face to face, she was calming, empathetic and documented in my chart so the team would be aware. I went today and everyone, Rachel, Monica, Dr.Robbins, and the other staff that I interacted with demonstrated compassion, competence and excellent clinical skills. I am a retired nurse, my standards are high. This team in one visit, took away my fear and helped put me on the road to dental wellness. Thank you to all!! 11/20/19 Still continuing with having my work completed. I have had to have crowns and extractions. Dr. Robbins and all the staff are fantastic! I was kept comfortable, all procedures were explained and smiles are everywhere! They do not violate HIPPA, the team works well together. I am leaving in May for 27months with the Peace Corps. Dr. Robbins is taking care of my dental needs so that the government with clear me for service.

I’ve been coming to ITooth Family Dentistry for a year now, but today was the first visit I had for a procedure other than a routine cleaning (repair of a broken crown). I’ve had crowns removed before and found the procedure to be both painful and time-consuming, so I was very pleasantly surprised at how things went today. First Rachel deadened the area - she was so skillful that I didn’t feel the two injections. Then Dr. Robbins and Wendy removed the crown. They had it out in no time, with very little discomfort for me (at one point, I nearly dozed off). The best part is that they make and install the permanent crown in the office during the same visit. No more temp crowns and extra visits to get the permanent crown. I’d also like to add that the office staff are very efficient and friendly, and I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment. So I highly recommend this practice.

I first called with a crown issue. Sherry answered the phone and the positive experience began. She was very helpful and explained all options. Note: she is the one who answered the phone so shows the can do attitude of the office. I was never transferred. I secured an appointment first thing the following morning. I was in and out in a timely manner and treated very professional. I received a fair price and quality dental work.
I recently dreaded going to get a crown Replacement. However, my experience was absolutely surprising. The staff, from the reception desk to the dentist, to his assistants were outstanding. They were all friendly and did their jobs quickly, and greatly eased my fear of the process. Not once did I feel any pain through the whole process! I highly recommend I tooth dentistry

I had a tooth bothering me so I called them a 8am. They immediately found me an appt that day at 1pm. The doc had to do a root canal on me. No complaints got me inn and took care if the problem. The staff here is so welcoming. They made sure that I was comfortable and made sure that I understood all the information that was given to me. I had so much anxiety and they were able to calm my fears.

Fantastic. I had an ‘ordeal’ of a procedure today (4 hours, to install two crowns replacing two veneers) and the ENTIRE STAFF at iTooth did all they could to make me feel relaxed and get me through the procedure as well as possible. This included a heated massage chair, blanket because I was cold, and continual communication about what was happening along the way. Top-notch service all the way around. Highly recommend iTooth Family Dentistry! Attention to detail cannot be matched. A+.
The dental work I've had done by Dr. Wagasy is the BEST ever. After seeing other dentists besides him, I came to appreciate his skill. It's apparently not easy to make a perfect crown that fits just right. He's done two crowns for me, and I've had one done by another dentist, and the difference in comfort, shape, and cleanliness is HUGE. I would recommend his work to anyone. He did my root canal when I was 16 years old, which was 19 years ago, and just yesterday I had a dental appointment here in Oregon, where I live now, and the dentist commented that the root canal was holding up really well. when I told her I got it when I was 16, she acted like she couldn't believe it was that old. Seriously good quality work, and professional care. Thank you Dr. Wagasy!
It’s been a very long time since I e been to a dentist that I felt confident in. I am so happy to have found these guys. The entire staff is very friendly all the way down to Bullet the office dog. They make you feel welcome the minute you walk in the doors and go above n beyond to make sure your comfortable and understand everything being done. I just got established here and Dr. Robbins is awesome! He's up front, thorough, and doesn't sugar coat anything. He's not into making a buck off off you if you don't actually need any work done. His staff is the bomb, they're super friendly and super helpful. PLUS! They have Otis Spunkmeyer cookies in the lobby with a plethora of drink choices! I know this might not mean much to others but they had Bath & Body Works soap and lotion in the bathroom which is MUCH appreciated!

This week was our first experience with the iTooth Family Dentistry. I was hesitant about changing dentist because we had been with friends at another location. But due to insurance changes, we needed to choose a new location. But it was a wonderful experience! Dr. Bill Wagasy has been a respected dentist in the area for years and has led an effective business! Four of my children attended and enjoyed it as well. All aspects were handled with excellence. The ladies at the front desk were patient and helpful. Crystal and Kristi were professional and kind as they handled all the option and cleanings for the kids. And Dr. Robbins was knowledgeable and friendly. You will also enjoy the new, clean, easy-access offices. Oh, and the cookies and drink options too!

First off, I have an indescribable amount of fear when it comes to the dentist which comes from horrible experiences as a child and also from some embarrassment. With that being said, I have dodged the dentist for some time now. Unfortunately I needed some work done that could not go untreated any longer so I decided to call iTooth. It was a last minute call but everyone was nice and understanding and were able to see me that morning. From making the appointment to taking photos and xrays and getting a thorough explanation of work needed, they helped me design a plan that works with me financially and puts my health first... I am just relieved. My options were clear and easy to understand, it was nothing like I had imagined. Dr. Robbins and the assistants were all amazing. I felt no pain during or even after the procedure. They made sure I was comfortable and kept me informed on what they were doing throughout the entire process. They also made sure my questions were answered and without making me feel dumb and a girl can appreciate that. I have way less than perfect teeth but never once did I feel like I was being judged on them, only that they were there to help improve my smile from several aspects. I'm just glad that I have found a dentist that was respectful and courteous during my visit. I will definitely be telling everyone about this newfound experience that I have had. Thanks for taking me on as a patient, I will definitely be back. 🙂

I have been a patient for 13 years! The doctors have taken excellent care of me as well as my entire family. They have gone above and beyond to try to find solutions for certain problems. The staff is always warm and engaging and I would not want to ever go to another dentist!

Very friendly environment! Everyone there had a smile on their face, you could tell they all love and enjoy what they do. All technology was high tech and up to date! They were great about explaining everything they were going to do and they made sure to let me know what my insurance covers and what I would owe. I have been a client at itooth dental clinic for a while. They are very friendly and truly get to know all their clients. While using the newest technology they make getting dental procedures like crowns and root canals pleasant. I wouldn't send family or friends anywhere other than here.

I absolutely LOVED my appointment. The office was very comfortable, and my dental assistant was awesome! I really enjoyed Dr. Robbins. He explained everything very well and took the time to answer my questions. At the end, the receptionist was very friendly and explained everything in detail before I left. I'm new to the Springfield area, and I have just found my new dentist. By far the best experience I've ever had from start to finish. I also loved the complimentary refrigerator of drinks, and the chapstick. I highly recommend this dentist to everyone, and will be telling everyone I know just how awesome my experience was!! I have always hated the dentist. I have always been terrified. Itooth family dentistry was calming, pleasant, reassuring and extremely knowledgeable. I was overwhelmed by some of the information I received, they took the time to ease my nerves and explain it to me. It is rare these days to find good customer service and this place broke the mold. They are fantastic, the staff is excellent and the facility and equipment is pristine. I highly recommend this place.
Took our 4 year old for an appointment and Chelsea and Dr Robbins did a great job of helping him feel calm and at home. Would recommend iTooth to anyone looking for a dentist in Springfield.

I always have a great experience! The staff is extremely friendly, the environment is welcoming, and the Doctors and the nurses are gentle and constantly asking if you are comfortable. Growing up I had a dentist that was rough and often caused unnecessary pain; he seemed to have skewed my perspective of dentists. iTooth has made going to the dentist something I no longer dread...and that's saying a lot coming from me!

Had an appt. Feb. 15, 2016 at the new location. Was really easy to find, after receiving email with google map attachment. I was promptly taken to room at appt. time, where I experienced professional attention, as always by i Tooth staff. They encouraged me with words of how being more attentive to my dental hygiene at home was making a very positive impact on my teeth and gums. The new chairs with massage and heat really made the visit like no other.

I am so thankful for the team at iTooth. As diligently as I pursue good oral hygiene to avoid the dental chair, I recently had several fillings go bad. I struggle with anxiety in the dental chair, but they were willing to prescribe something to help calm my fears and worked as gently as they could to keep my anxiety under control. They have been excellent with my children as well. There caring and warm staff understand customer service for all ages. As a longtime patient under the care of this team, I recommend them to all.
I always get in and out very quickly. Staff are very detailed in what they do and make sure you understand everything about your teeth health. They don't do unnecessary services and even checked with my insurance to make sure I still have certain benefits to use before doing the service (like teeth x-rays). I love the communication and reminders for appointments. I feel like they are state of the art with all their technology!

Very professional and amazing assistance. I have struggled with severe TMJ issues for about 12 years or so. (Being a rough kid and getting hit in the face..etc..you know how it goes) The care that Dr. William Wagasy gave along with his staff-was so exceptional. They were great, I get nervous when people start messing with my face because I've had so many problems. Dr. Wagasy was very careful and took the time to discuss and explain what he would be doing. I couldn't have had a better experience. He has been in the industry for I think he said 30 years or so-and you can tell. He does not take a ton of TMJ patients-because he does practice other aspects of dentistry-but in cases where the TMJ is severe-(severe pain in jaw/popping/dislocation/trouble opening mouth/severe headaches..etc) he may see you. Within a few months and getting me a mouth guard-my TMJ has improved and I do not have any pains/no headaches/ popping is gone. The staff is amazing-the ladies at check-in are professional and entertaining. Very nice! I'm blessed to have had the opportunity to be a patient!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I have been to FIVE dentists across the United States and I clearly had the BEST injections for my crowns! I had two separate appointments for crowns and both were EXCELLENT! I was given so much PATIENT EDUCATION at my new patient appointment and didn't realize that I was not even flossing correctly. I have my entire family coming to this practice!!! Thanks for being so Friendly, AFFORDABLE and giving COMFORTING CARE to my child, husband and me! I WOULD definitely recommend this office!!!
